This is Ember
Ember Retreats was born from two cousins searching for space to breathe through the realities of living with Endometriosis. After years of navigating pain, exhaustion, and the emotional weight that often comes with invisible illness, we realized how deeply healing it felt to slow down, reconnect with nature, and be surrounded by people who truly understood the need for rest.
What began as small moments of escape, quiet mornings, honest conversations, and intentional living slowly became the vision for Ember Retreats. We created Ember as a sanctuary for restoration: a place where wellness is approached gently, where slowing down is celebrated, and where people can reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way.
The name “Ember” represents the small but powerful flame that continues to glow, even through difficult seasons. For us, it symbolizes resilience, warmth, and hope — the belief that healing can begin in quiet, intentional spaces.

Meet Emma
Meet Emma — co-founder of Ember Retreats. Inspired by her personal journey living with Endometriosis, Emma envisioned a space where rest is not seen as a luxury, but as something deeply necessary. Drawn to slow living, nature, and meaningful connection, she helped create Ember Retreats as a sanctuary for people seeking softness, healing, and balance. Emma hopes to help others reconnect with themselves and feel supported in every season of life.
I believe healing happens quietly. Like an ember—it still holds warmth, still holds power, and can always grow again.
Meet Salina
I didn’t create Ember from a place of having it all figured out—I created it from lived experience. For years, I pushed my body to keep up with life, ignoring the quiet signals asking me to slow down. When my health began to unravel, I was forced to listen. That moment changed everything.
Through my own healing journey, I learned that real wellness isn’t about discipline or extremes—it’s about safety, nourishment, and rebuilding trust with your body. I studied, experimented, rested, and unlearned the idea that healing had to be hard to be effective.
Ember was born from that space. A place for women who are tired of forcing, fixing, and fighting their bodies. My work blends nutrition, gentle movement, and nervous-system awareness to support healing that’s sustainable and deeply human.
I believe healing happens quietly. Like an ember—it still holds warmth, still holds power, and can always grow again.
