I created the Pilemma Method out of a lifelong passion for movement. Growing up, karate was my world—I trained for years, became a champion, and fell in love with the discipline. At 20, I was diagnosed with endometriosis, which made traditional training difficult and forced me to find a new way forward. With my background in personal training and Pilates, I developed a method that blends low-impact karate, mat work, strength, and cardio.

  • I am currently based in Montreal, Canada. However, I have clients all around the world who I work with virtually for 1:1 Training.

  • Yes, this is a huge part of what I do as a trainer. Due to my personal experience with endometriosis I can personally see the effect in the way we move our bodies throughout the month.
